Cell Lead Machinist
Description
Responsibilities
- Experience with Citizen CNC Swiss Machines required and Mitsubishi controls.
- Knowledge of advanced set up, machine speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
- Ability to lead a team of operators who require technical assistance and to know what operators are doing at all times.
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer Tech to optimize tooling, reduce scrap, and improve efficiency.
- Experience with the selection and use of the measuring tools required to inspect product.
- Must be able to work independently, but demonstrate the ability to work productively in a team environment.
- To be responsible for good, quality parts from his/her team of operators. Quality, no exceptions, builds it right the first time and does not deviate from the process.
- Adhere to company policies and escalate non-conformance to your supervisor.
- Ensure team of operators are doing due diligence with in-process inspection reports.
- Ability to cross-train your team of operators to allow for flexibility.
- Familiar with ISO requirements and understand company’s quality management system and utilizing it.
- Ensure all tools, measuring devices, etc. used to verify customer parts compliance are calibrated and fit for service.
- Organization skills key to managing multiple tasks and being successful.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Positive morale, which is very important to a team leader.

Education
- Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Two-year certificate in machine trades.
- Required: Experience in CNC Swiss machining and set-up.
- Required: One-year experience guiding a team of individuals.

Secondary Operations (1st Shift)
Description
Current Secondary Operations position available, compensation based on experience.
Secondary Operations Responsibilities
- Ability to work with basic hand tools (hand grinders, deburring tools).
- Ability to run drill presses, sanders and, at times, a pedestal grinder.
- Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs. at times.
- Ability to multitask between assignments.
- Deburring very small parts under a microscope is a plus.
- Ability to spin metal chips with Millennium’s chip spinner.
- Prepare bar stock for the Swiss machines on the shop floor.
- Someone who comes to work on time every day, who can be trusted to complete the jobs that are assigned daily with no issues.
- Be a team player.
- Ability to work unsupervised

Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Description
We are seeking a Shipping and receiving clerk for a fast-paced position who has experience in high volume, parts, and materials. General knowledge of material handling and inventory management.
Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:
- Package for shipment small production components, small qty to pallet qty
- Set up and schedule deliveries, through UPS, FedEx
- Maintain, organize, and document all incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Use of Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as Adobe PDF editing daily for documentation
- Inspect all incoming raw materials for size, straightness, and damage.
- Inventory management of raw materials, materials for assembly, and finished goods.
Requirements
- 2+ years shipping and receiving experience.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Ability to follow and execute direction provided.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with JobBOSS or similar ERP preferred.
- Familiar with ISO documentation. requirements preferred
- Forklift certification preferred.

Supply Chain Supervisor
Description
As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Directly lead and oversee areas of purchasing, buyers, and suppliers.
- Responsible for personnel involved with MRP database to achieve and maintain data. accuracy.
- Responsible for the movement of products to and from outside suppliers and finished goods inventory. Daily coordination with Shop Foreman to assure timely flow of product.
- Responsible for raw stock procurement and inventory as well as the managing of the recycling program.
- Supervise shipping/receiving department and overseeing personnel in department.
- Build strong supplier relationships and provide information/technical assistance to suppliers.
- Qualify new suppliers, perform supplier audits, and periodically conduct field visits to suppliers.
- Meeting performance targets for efficiency, sales, and quality.
- Complete and maintain accurate forecasts, data gathering reports.
- Analyzes and resolve work problems and assists shipping department in solving work problems.
- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
- Responsible for the maintenance, training of personnel and safety. compliance of fork truck.
- Responsible for understanding Company’s quality management system and utilizing it as a tool for compliance and continual improvement.
- Responsible for immediately communicating any issues or perceived issues of product non-compliance to Management.
- Responsible for following and adhering to all Company policies, procedures, and ethics.
- To perform other duties as stated by Management.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor.
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software.

This position is responsible for the daily set up and operation of their assigned machines.
Qualifications
- Experience with Citizen CNC Swiss Machines preferred and Mitsubishi controls.
- Knowledge of advanced set up, machine speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
- Understand how to read, write and edit G&M Codes.
- Able to read and interpret drawing requirements, including the interpretation and meaning of GD&T.
- Able to use simple math to perform basic calculations.
- Experience with the selection and use of the measuring tools required to inspect product.
- Must be able to work independently, but demonstrate the ability to work productively in a team environment.
- Familiar with ISO requirements.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
